How do the tests detect pregnancy so early?Updated an hour ago
Early Results Pregnancy Tests
Our Early Results Pregnancy Tests look for human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), a hormone made by the developing placenta. hCG enters your bloodstream and then shows up in your urine.
Ultra-sensitive: Our strips can detect as little as 10 mIU/mL of hCG. That means you can test as early as 6 days before your missed period (5 days before the day your period is due).
The only way to detect lower levels than that is with a blood test at a clinic.
