Ovulation Tests

They work well together, but they tell you different things:

• BBT: A rise in your BBT shows that ovulation already happened. It's great for confirming you ovulated, but too late for timing sex or insemination.
• Ovulation tests: They predict when ovulation is about to happen, which is the window that matters most when you're trying to get pregnant.
