What is Bird&Be’s return policy?Updated 3 months ago

We want you to love your purchase, so if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help! 


To qualify for a return or exchange, both the box and the sachets must be completely unopened and still sealed.


If you’d like to return or exchange your order, just let us know within 30 days of delivery. 

Be sure to contact us first to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back, as we can’t accept returns without it.

  • For returns: The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
  • For exchanges: We’ll cover the return shipping, so there’s no extra charge!

Once we receive your return, our Quality Assurance team will check it over. If everything meets our return guidelines, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Damaged/Defective Items:

If your item arrived damaged or became defective due to a manufacturers defect within 3 months, we will gladly replace or partially/fully refund the item, depending on the damage. Email us a picture of the defect, a photo of the lot number on your box and your order number to [email protected]

A quick note:

To make sure everything goes smoothly, please don’t use your own return label or send anything back without first getting your Return Merchandise Authorization confirmation. We want to ensure we can process your return properly.

Please make sure to print the prepaid return label we’ve sent and use this label for your return—it’s all ready to go!
