Is there a limit to the number of referrals I can make?
Referral Program. You can refer as many friends and family as you'd like—each successful referral earns you US$15 to use at Bird&Be.
How can I redeem my store credit?
Referral Program. We'll send a gift card to your email as soon as your referral commission is earned. Check my balance. Active subscriber? Email [email protected] and we'll help apply your credit to your subscription.
Does my store credit expire?
Referral Program. Never. Your store credit doesn't expire—use your balance any time for any Bird&Be purchase.
What happens if my friend returns their product?
Referral Program. If your referral isn’t successful and the product is returned for a refund, the store credit will be reversed. If the credit has already been used, it'll show as a negative balance in your wallet and be added to your next order.
